A two-part research study · 2026

What did New Jersey actually get for its AI investment?

Two surveys, one question. The first asks business leaders what their AI investment measurably changed. The second asks the people who work for them about the communities they live in. We publish the two together.

Who is behind this

First Principle Global Management is a research and advisory firm working on the measurement problems that sit between capital deployment and observable outcome. This study is co-presented with a state economic development partner.

We ask two populations the same underlying question from opposite ends: what has changed, and can anyone actually see it. Individual responses are never published. Employers receive aggregate results only.
